Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as incorrect items received or dissatisfaction with the quality of the product, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. Be prepared to provide your order number and detailed information regarding the issue. We value your satisfaction and will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
If your case is eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We can also offer store credits that you can use for future purchases if you prefer. For cash orders, refunds will be given directly in cash or as a store credit, depending on your preference.
Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not been prepared. Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel your order by calling +39 081 459 774. If the order has already been prepared or dispatched for delivery, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
Amendments
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us as soon as possible. Amendments can only be accepted if the order has not been prepared. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee changes once the preparation process has started.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders

Lost or Stolen Items
NorthCircuit is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen after they are delivered to the specified delivery location. Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address and inform us if there are any specific delivery instructions.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and seasonal specials are non-returnable and non-refundable.
