A Journey From Naples to Your Local Area
'NorthCircuit' originated from a humble vision: to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza in Naples. Established by the Romano lineage in 1985, our little pizzeria was a quaint, family-oriented venture boasting recipes passed down for generations.
Mia Romano, our progenitor, mastered pizza craft on her Italian sojourns, apprenticing with seasoned pizza artisans in Naples, the home of pizza. Upon her return to the UK, her goal was to recreate genuine Italian pizza magic, sticking to age-old practices and prime ingredients.
Our beginnings as a small 12-seat pizzeria have blossomed into a cherished neighborhood gem, but we've always stayed true to our principles of excellence and authenticity. We continue to adopt original wood-fire baking techniques, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'NorthCircuit' is still under the stewardship of the Romano family's next generation, leading a dedicated team. While we've incorporated new technologies, the essence of our enterprise endures: conjuring up sumptuous, authentic pizza that unites people.
